Hatha Yoga

Finding its roots in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of practice that emphasises developing a sense of balanced coordination between body, breath, and mind. In Hatha Yoga, practice revolves around holding postures for a prescribed time with the objective of building the practitioner’s endurance, stability, focus, and balanced body alignment. Consistent practice will lead to steady improvement in mental and physical strength.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A practice based on the dynamic and energetic flow of postures, Ashtanga Vinyasa was founded by Shri T. Krishnamacharya and popularized by BKS Iyengar and K. Pattabhi Jois. The harmonious sequence of postures is coordinated by breath and requires the practitioner to be very mindful of the present

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a workout based on bodyweight movement. The routine comprises movements that use body weight to strengthen your muscles. Inspired by Yoga, gymnastics, and dance, Animal Flow is a great workout to gain strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. In the beginning, you will be trained to master individual movements and as you graduate to higher ability levels, the classes will involve combining the movements to make your body transition from one pose to another.

ORIGINS

Beginner to Intermediate
Monday to Friday || 7:00am to 8:00am IST and 11am to 12pm IST||

Classes specially designed for you to kickstart your yoga journey, the focus is on building a strong foundation of strength, stamina and proper alignment. Through the course duration, you will practice asanas that promote holistic health, learn kriyas/cleansing techniques, pranayama and introduction to ashtanga vinyasa. Evolution

Intermediate to Advanced
Monday to Friday || 6:00am to 7:00am IST ||

After consistent practice and a steady learning graph, graduates of the intermediate course/Origins course can begin the next step of their evolved Yoga journey. Practitioners will learn Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series and work deeper with concepts and techniques such as inversions, hip opening, back-bending, arm-balancing, and beyond.

Eligibility – Experience in any form of movement for more than 6 months

RESONANCE

Deepening the Practice
Saturdays || 7am to 8:15am IST ||

A space to delve deeper into your practice, practitioners can enjoy this 90-minute session with focussed guidance and fun drills. This weekend class is for regular practitioners who want to explore particular principles from their daily yoga practice.

EMBRACE

Playful practice for all levels
MONDAY to FRIDAY || 8AM to 9AM IST and 6:30PM to 7:30PM IST ||

One session for all levels of practitioners (absolute beginners to regular practitioners at intermediate/advance levels). This session will include playful asana practice, strength and flexibility drills, introduction to animal flow and breath work (pranayama).

Yoga for Seniors

Specially designed for seniors who are eager to introduce yoga as a part of their lifestyle, Rejuvenate takes a slow and sustainable approach to Yoga. The practise includes gentle asanas, kriyas, pranayama and meditation, helping you feel fitter and younger.

Candle Meditation

Jyotir Trataka or candle meditation is a guided meditation involving gazing at a candle flame. One of the Shatkarmas/Shatkriyas {6 body cleansing techniques} of Hatha Yoga, this practice helps you cleanse your eyes, improve concentration and helps manage sleep disorders.
